Ashley Moriarty, BSN, RN
Founder, Owner & Lead Nurse Injector of MorEsthetics
Ashley Moriarty, BSN, RN, is the founder, owner, and lead nurse injector at MorEsthetics. Since establishing the practice in 2018, she has built a reputation for delivering natural-looking aesthetic results while prioritizing patient safety, education, and individualized care.
Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University, where she developed a strong clinical foundation. She began her nursing career in a Neurological Intensive Care Unit before transitioning to day surgery. These early experiences sharpened her procedural skills and instilled the attention to detail and patient-centered approach that continue to define her practice today.
Building on this foundation, Ashley transitioned into aesthetic medicine, where she discovered her passion for helping patients age confidently while enhancing their natural beauty. She believes aesthetic medicine is both an art and a science, requiring precision, extensive anatomical knowledge, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
To stay at the forefront of the field, Ashley regularly attends advanced educational conferences, cadaver anatomy courses, and hands-on training with leading experts. This ongoing dedication ensures she remains current with the latest techniques, technologies, and evidence-based practices.
Ashley takes a comprehensive approach to facial rejuvenation, focusing on creating balanced, refreshed, and natural results rather than simply treating individual wrinkles or features. She believes every treatment plan should be customized to each patient’s unique anatomy, goals, and stage of aging.
Through an emphasis on patient education and open communication, Ashley empowers her patients to make informed decisions and feel confident throughout their aesthetic journey. Outside of MorEsthetics, Ashley enjoys strength training, traveling, skiing, cooking, and making lasting memories with her three beautiful children and her beloved French Bulldog, Lucy.
Ashley Bowermaster, BSN, RN, CCRN
Nurse Injector at MorEsthetics
Ashley Bowermaster has been a Nurse Injector at MorEsthetics since January 2023, where she’s passionate about helping women feel like the most confident version of themselves while embracing the aging process with grace. As a wife to Mark, mom to Cooper and Philip, and dog mom to Hazel and Bosley, Ashley brings warmth, compassion, and authenticity to everything she does. She loves spending time in nature, traveling, enjoying a good cup of coffee, and caring for animals. Her approach to aesthetics is centered on creating natural, refreshed results that enhance confidence while always looking like you.

Irini (Rena) Vaziri, BSN, CRNA
Nurse Injector of Mor Esthetics
Irini is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and Registered Nurse with a passion for helping patients look and feel their best through personalized aesthetic care. With an advanced clinical background and years of experience providing precision, safety, and compassionate care, she brings a meticulous approach to every treatment. Her goal is to enhance each patient’s natural beauty while delivering results that are refreshed, balanced, and never overdone.
Drawn to aesthetic medicine by the opportunity to combine science, artistry, and meaningful patient relationships, Irini believes every treatment should be individualized. She takes the time to educate her patients, understand their goals, and develop personalized treatment plans that help them feel confident and empowered.
Committed to lifelong learning, Irini stays current with the latest advances in aesthetic medicine to ensure her patients receive safe, evidence-based care and exceptional results.
Outside of MorEsthetics, Irini enjoys strength training, traveling, spending time outdoors, and exploring the latest research in health, wellness, and longevity. She believes that confidence starts with overall well-being and is passionate about helping others feel their best from the inside out.

Nathan Kilgore, BSN, RN
Nurse Injector at MorEsthetics
Nathan Kilgore joined the MorEsthetics team in June 2026, bringing more than a decade of nursing experience with a background in medical-surgical and cardiovascular intensive care. A Lancaster native, Nathan is passionate about combining his clinical expertise with the artistry of aesthetic medicine to help patients look and feel like the best version of themselves.
Nathan was drawn to aesthetics after seeing the confidence these treatments can inspire and believes that feeling comfortable in your own skin can positively impact every aspect of life. He has a genuine passion for continued education, challenging himself, and building meaningful connections with patients while delivering natural, confidence-boosting results.
Outside of MorEsthetics, Nathan enjoys traveling, running, golfing, exploring specialty coffee shops, and spending time outdoors. He loves trying new hobbies, embracing new experiences, and making the most of every opportunity. Family is also an important part of his life, and he enjoys spending time with his parents in Lancaster, as well as visiting his brother, sister-in-law, and nephew in Baltimore.
Erica Rivera, L.E.
Practice Manager at MorEsthetics
Helping people feel confident has always been at the heart of Erica’s career.
After beginning her journey in an endodontic practice, where she advanced from head dental assistant to managing daily operations, Erica discovered her passion for aesthetics. She earned her esthetics license and joined MorEsthetics, where her love for skincare and leadership naturally led her to the role of Practice Manager.
Today, Erica oversees the daily operations of the practice while continuing to do what she loves most—building relationships with clients, educating them on healthy skincare, and helping them achieve their skincare goals through personalized guidance. She believes exceptional results start with education, trust, and making every client feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.
Outside of MorEsthetics, Erica enjoys music, singing, spending time outdoors, playing fetch with Enzo, and giving well-deserved belly rubs to Rollins.

Christy Gladfelter, L.E.
Master Esthetician at MorEsthetics
Christy Gladfelter has been passionate about esthetics since beginning her career after graduating in 2008. With experience spanning salon and spa environments, medical spas, dermatology practices, and plastic surgery offices, she brings a well-rounded knowledge of skin health and a genuine passion for helping patients achieve their skincare goals. Her interest in esthetics first began years ago as a Mary Kay consultant, where she discovered a desire to help people feel confident in their own skin rather than relying on makeup to cover imperfections.
Known for her expertise, personalized approach, and dedication to healthy, glowing skin, Christy loves educating patients and creating customized treatment plans that deliver beautiful, lasting results. Whether she’s performing advanced skincare treatments or helping someone build the perfect skincare routine, she’s committed to making every patient feel cared for and confident.
Outside of MorEsthetics, Christy enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, relaxing at the beach, and staying active whenever she can.
Jaimie Kelly, B.S., L.E.
Licensed Esthetician at MorEsthetics
Jaimie Kelly is a Licensed Esthetician and Social Worker whose passion for helping people feel their best has always been at the heart of her work. After spending 17 years in the mental health field, a role she continues part-time, she pursued her longtime dream of becoming an esthetician. Her unique background allows her to care for patients in a way that goes far beyond skincare, creating an experience that is both relaxing and restorative.
As a longtime patient of Ashley Moriarty, joining the MorEsthetics team has been a true full-circle moment. Jaimie strives to create a welcoming space where every patient can step away from the stresses of everyday life, feel completely at ease, and leave feeling refreshed, confident, and genuinely cared for. Whether that means meaningful conversation or simply enjoying a peaceful moment of self care, she’s dedicated to making every appointment a positive experience.
Outside of MorEsthetics, Jaimie loves spending time with her husband, James, their two children, Axel and Rumer, and their cat, Tom, and dog, Charlie. She enjoys taking on DIY projects, getting lost in a good fantasy novel (especially Throne of Glass), savoring a great glass of wine, and cheering on the Phillies.
Kayla Farrell
Marketing and Social Media Strategist for MorEsthetics
Kayla’s journey with MorEsthetics began in January 2022 when Ashley gave her her very first opportunity in social media marketing. What started as freelance social media management quickly grew into so much more. In December 2024, Kayla officially joined the MorEsthetics team full time and has been helping bring Ashley’s vision to life ever since.
As Marketing Coordinator, Kayla manages social media, website updates, branding, and marketing while also planning the events and experiences that make MorEsthetics unique. If you see her popping into your treatment room, she’s probably there to capture some content and celebrate your amazing results.
One of the things Kayla is most proud of is how much she’s grown alongside Ashley. While you’ll often see Kayla’s name behind the social media, what you see online is a true collaboration. Every campaign, event, and piece of content starts with Ashley’s vision and comes to life through the creativity they share together. Building the MorEsthetics brand has been a team effort from the very beginning, and Kayla is grateful to continue growing alongside it.
Outside of work, Kayla loves traveling to tropical places, trying new restaurants, spending time with her friends and loved ones including her pride and joy Golden Retriever, Bo and just lounging around enjoying a good show or a good book.
Gina Sczepkowski
Front Desk Coordinator at MorEsthetics
After retiring from a fulfilling career in student services, Gina Sczepkowski began an exciting new chapter as part of the MorEsthetics team. Having been a devoted patient of Ashley Moriarty for more than six years before joining the practice, Gina experienced firsthand the exceptional care, professionalism, and welcoming atmosphere that make MorEsthetics so special. Becoming part of the team has been a true full-circle moment, and she’s grateful to now play a role in helping every patient feel valued, confident, and cared for.
Outside of the office, Gina loves spending quality time with her family and friends. She enjoys living an active lifestyle, staying strong through weightlifting, and always has music playing whenever she can. With her friendly personality and genuine passion for helping others, Gina is often one of the first smiling faces patients see, making every visit to MorEsthetics feel warm, welcoming, and memorable.
