Meet Ashley Moriarty, RN, BSN and Owner of Mor Esthetics. “Helping women with their confidence and seeing the patients’ reactions to their results is the best part of my day in my job,” she says. From her personal experience, she believes that when you’re feeling good about yourself, you’re a better wife, mom and friend. “I am the best version of myself when I’m feeling good in my skin.” And as someone who’s always been passionate about transformation and artistry, she’s privileged to help her clients meet their goals esthetically.

BSN, CCRN, and AAFE (American Academy of Facial Esthetics) of Mor Esthetics
Meet Ashley Bowermaster, BSN, CCRN, and now AAFE (American Academy of Facial Esthetics) Certified nurse injector at Mor Esthetics. Ashley works at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health’s Post Anesthesia Care Unit and started with Mor Esthetics in February. She has been a nurse for 13 years with eight of those working in the Intensive Care Unit. “I have always been interested in beauty and esthetics,” Ashley says. With the rise in nurses wanting to get into the field, she explains that she’s especially grateful for owner and nurse esthetician Ashley Moriarty’s mentorship and training.
Ashley B., as the team calls her, is now accepting clients for Botox and fillers. “It’s all very popular right now,” she affirms, citing her own group of friends and their Botox parties that grew to 17 women. She started getting Botox as preventative maintenance two years ago and quickly found out how many women she knew were also interested in esthetic procedures. Ashley, her husband, and sons, ages 9 and 10, live in Willow Street in a historic 1900s farmhouse just down the street from where she grew up. A family of nature lovers, she says, “We do a lot of outdoor stuff like camping.” They also have three dogs: two Cocker Spaniels and a Cockapoo. Fun fact: Ashley is a twin! Erica R.

Esthetician of Mor Esthetics

Meet esthetician Erica Rivera who joined Mor Esthetics in February. Born and raised in Lancaster, and a recent grad of Lancaster School of Cosmetology after a dental career change, Erica says, “I’ve always been someone who wanted to make my friends and family look and feel beautiful.” She would always offer to do their makeup, hair, or help with fashion choices. Once she saw the esthetician program, she knew, “that’s where I need to be.”

Erica will be offering micro-needling and Morpheus, dermaplaning, hydro facials and VI Peel chemical peel. She’s looking forward to helping people on their journey to feeling confident and beautiful. View Erica’s results on Instagram.

Rena V.

Nurse of Mor Esthetics
Meet Rena, a longtime colleague and friend of Ashley Moriarty, owner of Mor Esthetics. Rena has been a nurse anesthetist for 23 years and works at Lancaster General Hospital and The Children’s Surgery Center in Lancaster. She emigrated from Greece to New Orleans where she received her nursing and nurse anesthesia degrees. For Rena, the best part of working with Mor Esthetics is helping women feel more excited about themselves. “It doesn’t have to be a huge change to make someone feel good.”
“With a little Botox or filler, your’re going to see a smoother face and a rejuvenated look. When you look in the mirror, you feel refreshed. There’s nothing wrong with feeling good about yourself.” Rena is now booking Botox and filler appointments for 2023. Follow her at @Refresh_by_Rena.

Social Media Strategist and Receptionist

If you’ve ever laughed at one of our reels, loved a behind-the-scenes post, or felt inspired by our content, you can thank Kayla! She’s been running MorEsthetics’ social media since 2021, working closely with Ashley M and the team to keep things fun, fresh, and engaging. In December 2024, she officially joined us full-time as our Social Media Strategist and Receptionist, bringing her creativity, organization, and positive energy into the office every day. Whether she’s brainstorming new content ideas, keeping things running smoothly at the front desk, or lending a hand wherever needed, Kayla helps make MorEsthetics the welcoming, upbeat place we all love.

Before committing to MorEsthetics, Kayla spent over four years in the corporate world at Nordstrom, where she built strong organizational and technological skills. Her time there also taught her how to work with deadlines, meet expectations, and manage multiple priorities—skills that now help her keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes. But at heart, she has always been drawn to photography, design, and social media, using her creativity to help businesses build their online presence and connect with their audiences in meaningful ways.

Outside of work, Kayla loves traveling, spending time with friends and family, and unwinding at home in Mount Joy with her boyfriend and their golden retriever, Bo. And if you ever want to see more of Bo’s adventures, you can definitely find him making appearances on Instagram.
